Pre-Summit 1 – Milton Village: A Transformative Model in Adult Day Services


Venue: Milton Village, South Bend, IN


Step inside Milton Village—the first U.S. adult day services model inspired by the world-renowned de Hogeweyk concept from the Netherlands. Developed by the Center for Hospice Care in partnership with REAL Services of Indiana, this innovative, town-like setting fosters dignity, autonomy, and community for its participants.

Pre-Summit 2 – Palliative & Hospice Care: A Global Perspective


Venue: University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN


Join Global Partners in Care and University of Notre Dame faculty for a rich, global look at hospice and palliative care efforts. Explore lessons, challenges, and breakthroughs from around the world—shaping ideas you can take home to strengthen your own work.

Summit
Celebration

Join us on the final evening for our annual dinner, entertainment and awards evening. We’ve welcomed some surprise guests over the last two years and it’s a great way to wind down our time together.

 

Don’t forget to purchase your dinner ticket ahead of time.

*The additional fee for the Summit Celebration covers the cost of dinner. All other expenses are paid for by sponsor support and NPHI.

Continuing Education

After the success of last year’s Summit, we’re pleased to offer **CEU credit for a small additional fee.

LOGISTICS

Venue & Travel

This year’s Summit takes place at the modern and stylish Marriott Marquis in Chicago. 

Members are encouraged to book hotel accommodation at the same time as you register for the Summit. There is a discounted rate for all members in the NPHI room block. More details will be shared via email. 

Traveling by plane? 

It’s about 30 minutes ride to the hotel from Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Journey times can exceed an hour during peak traffic time.

It’s typically a 15-20 minutes ride to the hotel from Midway Airport.
