You can arrive *anytime during the day.

Our Welcome Reception starts at 5:30 pm.

*Please note registration will open between 1 - 5 pm local time on Monday.

The Summit can be attended either in person or virtually. You will be asked to select an option during the registration process.

Exceptions:
The Summit break-out sessions can only be attended in person, but recordings of the break-out sessions will be available to all member registrants following the Summit.

The Summit Celebration can only be attended in person.

Fall Special Registration is $825 per attendee*

Early Bird Registration is $875 per attendee*

Regular Registration is $975 per attendee*

Summit Celebration Registration is $75 per attendee

Sponsor Registration is included and dependent on your sponsorship level.

Once you have signed your Summit contract, you will receive an email with a registration link and access code to register your attendees. All sponsor attendees must be registered by 4/1/25. 

Note: We do not offer additional sponsor attendee registrations. 

As our Summit is a member-only event, the registration button leads to a password-protected registration page.

Members
Members can find the password on the dashboard (home page) of the Member Portal.

Members can also find the password in your Member Weekly that arrives in your inbox every Thursday. To locate the Member Weekly  email in your inbox, search for NPHI Member Weekly.

Sponsors
Sponsors will receive an email with a registration link and access code to register their attendees upon receipt of contract and deposit.

Members can save 10% per registration if you purchase 5 or more registrations AT THE SAME TIME.

At the time of registration, if you may enter a placeholder name if you do not yet know your attendees. Placeholders must be updated no later than 4/1/25.

Note: Discount does not apply to Summit Celebration registrations

Summit breakout sessions can only be attended in person. You will receive an email to select your specific breakout sessions a few weeks prior to the Summit.

Note: Recordings of the breakout sessions will be available to all member registrants following the Summit.

Once you have registered please:

1. Make your hotel reservation. The link to the NPHI room block will be located in your reservation confirmation email.  
2. Download our Summit event app* (this can be done within 90 days of the event)
3. Keep an eye on your inbox for Summit updates, especially once it gets closer to the event

The link to the NPHI room block is located in your registration confirmation email. Members can also find it on the dashboard (home page) of the Member Portal.

Note: All rooms booked through the NPHI room block link must have a corresponding Summit registration. Due to room block limitations, extra rooms cannot be booked via the link.

The Summit Celebration requires an additional charge to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for our members. This fee helps cover the costs associated with organizing and hosting the event, allowing us to provide a memorable and high-quality celebration. 

Yes you can! In fact, we'd love to hear from you if you think you know somebody who is deserving of one of our evening awards. Visit the "About" page to learn more about our Summit awards. 

Cancellation requests received on or before March 14, 2025 will receive an 80% refund. 
Cancellation requests received between March 15 and April 1, 2025 will receive a 35% refund.
Refunds cannot be issued for cancellation requests received on or after April 2, 2025. Registrations are transferrable. Original processing fee are non-refundable.

Summit Celebration cancellation requests received on or before April 1, 2025 will receive a 100% refund (minus non-refundable processing fees). 
Refunds cannot be issued for Summit Celebration cancellation requests received on or after April 2, 2025. Summit Celebration registrations are transferrable.
